Flexible Sign-In

Sign in with a passkey, or with a password protected by two-factor authentication, or with your Google or Amazon account. Your team can also use single sign-on through your company's own identity provider, over OpenID Connect or SAML 2.0, and you can require it. One sign-in then covers every part of MarketplaceHub.

Per-Area Access Controls

You invite your team and set each area of the app to Off, Read or Write for each person.

01 Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Card payments are handled by our payment provider rather than stored on our own systems, so your card details are encrypted and processed in their secure environment.

02 How do you protect my personal data?

We protect your personal data through encryption in transit and at rest, per-area access controls, regular security review including automated vulnerability checks on the packages we depend on, and an enforced retention period after which buyer details are erased. We are GDPR compliant.

03 How can I protect my account?

The strongest protection is a passkey: sign in with Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello or your device PIN instead of a password — passkeys can't be phished, guessed or reused. You can add one from My Account → Security. We also recommend a strong, unique password with two-factor authentication (2FA) for password sign-ins, never sharing your password, and logging out when you are finished.

04 Where is my data stored?

Your merchant data is stored in the United States, on the cloud infrastructure of the providers listed as sub-processors in our Data Processing Agreement.

05 What should I do if I find a security vulnerability?

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability on our platform, please report it to us at security@marketplacehub.com. We take all security reports seriously and will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
