01 How is the Listing Management fee calculated?
Your monthly Listing Management fee is based on the number of SKUs in your catalog. Pay-as-you-go AI Pipeline Add-ons (Image Background Removal, Title & Description SEO, Cross-Border Localization, and Vision AI Attribute Extraction) draw from your AI Credit balance each time you run them rather than adding to your subscription, so you never get a surprise bill — and every plan includes a monthly free-credit allowance. Continuous services like Price Automation are billed monthly and shown in your Monthly Total.
02 How is the Order Management fee calculated?
The Order Management fee is a small percentage of your total monthly order value that steps down as your volume grows — 0.75% on the first $50k, then 0.50%, 0.30%, and 0.15% on higher volume — and is capped at $5,000/mo. There are no per-order fees, and your effective rate only gets lower as you scale.
03 How do AI credits work?
AI Pipeline Add-ons (background removal, SEO, localization, and attribute extraction) run on credits, so you only pay for what you process. Every plan includes a monthly free-credit allowance, and you can top up anytime with credit packs — larger packs cost less per credit, from $0.10 down to around $0.05. Unused credits roll over month to month and never expire while your subscription is active. Even at the base rate, a typical run costs a fraction of outsourcing the same work to freelancers.

No, there are no hidden fees. The price you see in the calculator is the price you pay. All costs are broken down in the summary section for full transparency.
