eBay eBay integration

Run your eBay store
from your whole catalogue.

Connect your seller account and manage eBay beside Amazon, Shopify and Etsy — import what you already list, publish new items from one catalogue, and protect the seller metrics an out-of-stock sale would cost you.

  • Secure eBay OAuth — revoke access from Seller Hub at any time
  • Your existing active listings imported and matched by SKU
  • Real-time stock sync, so a sale elsewhere can't leave an eBay listing overselling
  • Orders, shipping confirmations, refunds and cancellations in one place

What the eBay integration does

eBay judges you on your seller performance, and most of that comes down to never selling what you no longer have. This integration is built around that.

Grant access, keep control

eBay's OAuth flow grants a scoped, revocable token — no password shared, and you can withdraw access from your Seller Hub settings at any time.

Several eBay accounts can share one dashboard, with listings, stock and orders kept separate per store.

Start from what you already sell

Your active listings are imported with their variations and SKUs and matched to your master catalogue, so an eBay item and its Amazon twin become one product with one stock level.

That shared stock level is what protects you: out-of-stock defects are expensive on eBay, so selling your last unit anywhere updates or ends the eBay listing before a buyer can order it.

Your shipping, payment and return policies come across too, so new listings go live with the terms you already use — and revisions push in bulk rather than one listing at a time.

Orders end to end

eBay sales arrive in your dashboard alongside every other channel, with buyer notes and payment status attached.

Confirming a shipment sends the carrier and tracking number back to eBay as a fulfilment, so the buyer sees "Shipped" straight away. Refunds and cancellations are pushed from here too.

Still wondering?

Our team replies within a few hours, Mon–Fri.

01 Is it safe to connect my eBay account?
Yes. The connection uses eBay's OAuth flow, which grants a scoped, revocable token. We never see or store your eBay password, and you can revoke access at any time from your eBay Seller Hub settings.
02 Can I connect more than one eBay store?
Yes. You can link several eBay accounts — for example one for the US and one for the UK — and manage them from a single dashboard, with listings, stock and orders kept separate per store.
03 Do I need an eBay Store subscription?
Not strictly. You can connect without one, though we recommend a Business account to get the full value from bulk listing and inventory features.
04 Will it sync with my existing eBay listings?
Yes — you don't start from scratch. Your active listings are imported with their variations and SKUs and matched to your master catalogue, so they share one stock level with the same product on your other channels.
05 How does this prevent out-of-stock defects?
eBay treats cancellations for lack of stock harshly. Because every channel draws on the same stock level, selling your last unit on another marketplace updates or ends the eBay listing rather than leaving it live — which is what protects your seller performance rating.
06 What about shipping, payment and return policies?
Your eBay business policies are imported and can be managed in MarketplaceHub, then applied to listings when you publish — so you're not re-entering terms for every item.
