AI Listing Builder

Your spreadsheet,
listed properly.

Marketplaces don't want your columns — they want their category, their required attributes and their title rules. The AI listing builder does that translation product by product, then hands you a review queue instead of a surprise.

  • Finds the right marketplace category, with alternatives and a confidence score
  • Fills the category's required attributes from your own data
  • Rewrites titles, descriptions and bullets to marketplace rules
  • Nothing reaches a marketplace until you press publish

Four jobs, one pass

Each product runs through the same chain. You choose which optional steps are switched on before the run starts, and you can see the cost of the run before you commit to it.

Category matching

Your product text is matched against the marketplace's own live taxonomy, then the shortlist is re-ranked to pick a winner. You get the match, the runners-up and a confidence score — not a black box.

Attribute extraction

Once the category is known, so is its list of required fields. The AI reads the columns you nominate and fills what it can — and tells you exactly which fields it couldn't.

Titles & descriptions

Optional SEO pass: messy feed text becomes a compliant title, a readable description and bullet points. Editable before publish, never after your back is turned.

Photo clean-up

Optional background removal on every image slot, so your main image clears the strict pure-white rules. More on that here.

Start with ten, not ten thousand

Runs are metered in credits — one per product classified, one more for each optional enhancement — so the sensible way to start is a test batch you can read end to end.

1

Pick a batch

Ten products, a number you type, or the whole file. The cost panel updates as you choose, and the run is blocked rather than half-charged if your balance won't cover it.

2

Watch it work

Progress streams live to the screen with a running log. Close the tab if you like — it's a background job, not a page you have to babysit. You can stop it mid-run.

3

Work the queue

Products land in one of three piles: matched and ready, needs one answer from you, or failed. Open a product, fix it, or re-run the AI on it alone.

4

Publish

Approved products become real inventory, their images are pulled into your media library, and the listings are submitted to the channel in the background.

The review step is the point

Any tool can guess a category. What makes a bulk run survivable is how fast you can correct the guesses it got wrong.

Fix once, apply to many

When forty products in the same category are all missing the same field, you answer it once and it's written to all of them — no forty-row grind.

Never pay twice

Products already listed on the channel you're targeting skip the AI entirely and cost nothing, so re-running a file after a few additions is cheap.

Retry a single row

Unhappy with one product's match, or it failed on a bad image URL? Re-run just that one and leave the rest of the batch alone.

Still wondering?

Our team replies within a few hours, Mon–Fri.

01 Can the AI publish something without me seeing it?
No. Everything the AI produces is written to a staging area, not to your inventory. Products only become real listings when you publish them from the review step — and until then nothing has been sent to Amazon, eBay or anywhere else.
02 What does a run cost?
Credits, and you see the total before you start. Classifying a product is one credit; background removal and the SEO rewrite are one credit each on top, per product, and only if you switch them on. Products that are already listed on the target channel are skipped for free, and if a product fails its credits go back.
03 Do I have to run the whole file?
No — and you shouldn't the first time. The default is a ten-product test batch. Read those ten, adjust your mapping or your enhancement choices, then run a bigger slice or the whole file. Progress is kept per product, so a second run only picks up what hasn't been processed.
04 What happens to products the AI isn't sure about?
They're flagged rather than guessed at. A product with a category match but missing required fields lands in needs review with the exact list of what's missing; a product with no usable category at all is marked failed with the reason. Nothing half-finished can be published.
05 Which columns does the AI read?
The ones you point it at. Core fields (SKU, title, price, images, and so on) come from your mapping, and before the run you tick which of your remaining columns the extractor may use as evidence. Everything is selected by default, so narrowing it is a choice you make, not homework.
06 Can I edit the AI's copy?
Yes. Titles, descriptions and bullets are editable in the review step like any other field, and your edits win. The AI's version is a starting draft — a good one, but yours to change.
