Your monthly Listing Management fee is based on the number of SKUs in your catalog. AI processing is separate and pay-as-you-go: it draws from your AI Credit balance each time you run it rather than adding to your subscription, so you never get a surprise bill. Every product costs 1 credit to classify, and Image Background Removal or Title & Description SEO add 1 credit each. A product with variations counts once. Continuous services like Price Automation are billed monthly and shown in your Monthly Total.

The Order Management fee is a small percentage of your total monthly order value that steps down as your volume grows — 0.75% on the first £50k, then 0.50%, 0.30%, and 0.15% on higher volume — and is capped at £5,000/mo. There are no per-order fees, and your effective rate only gets lower as you scale.

AI processing runs on credits, so you only pay for what you process. New accounts get 50 free credits to try it, and every paid plan includes 50 free credits each month. Monthly credits are used first and reset at the end of each month; credits you buy never expire while your subscription is active. You can top up anytime with credit packs — larger packs cost less per credit, from £0.08 down to around £0.05. Even at the base rate, a typical run costs a fraction of outsourcing the same work to freelancers.
