Four channels, one account.

Connect a marketplace once and it joins the same catalogue as the rest — same listings, same stock numbers, same order queue. Each connection is authorised through the channel's own OAuth, so we never hold your marketplace password.

What a connection actually gives you

Connecting isn't a one-off export. The channel stays joined to your catalogue, and the platform keeps both sides honest.

OAuth, not passwords

You authorise us in the channel's own screens and can revoke it there. We never ask for or store your marketplace login.

Kept in sync

Stock and price changes flow out on your schedule, and each channel's own bulk mechanism is used so it stays rate-friendly at catalogue scale.

Watched

A connection that goes unauthorised or starts erroring raises an alert — and so does its recovery, so you know it's genuinely over.

Auditable

Every call to the channel is logged with its request and response, so a disputed listing or refund is a question with an answer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which channels do what, and what connecting one commits you to.

Still wondering?

Our team replies within a few hours, Mon–Fri.

01 Do I have to connect all four?
No — connect one and add others whenever you like. Plenty of sellers start with a single marketplace, or import from Shopify and publish to one channel, then widen out once the catalogue is mapped.
02 What's the difference between a source and a sell channel?
A source is where your product data comes from; a sell channel is where listings go. Amazon and eBay are sell channels. Shopify and Etsy work as both, so you can treat an existing store as your catalogue and push it outward.
03 Which channels can I manage orders from?
Amazon and eBay today — pulled with their full status history, and shipped, cancelled or refunded from the order queue. Shopify and Etsy are supported for listings and sync; their order pull isn't part of the platform yet.
04 Will connecting change my live listings?
Not on its own. Connecting authorises access; nothing is written to the channel until you publish or switch on a sync. The AI listing run stages everything for your approval first.
05 Can I pause a channel without disconnecting it?
Yes. Each connection has an active switch, so you can stop sending it updates while keeping the authorisation, the mapping and the history intact.
