Everything you'd otherwise do twice

Each marketplace has its own words for the same thing. Orders are pulled with their full status history and normalised, so the queue reads the same whichever channel the sale came from.

Ship with tracking

Enter ship date, carrier, service and tracking number and the marketplace is updated directly — so the buyer's notification and your metrics both fire on time.

Cancel with a reason

Pick the reason the marketplace expects and cancel from here. No tab-hopping to find the right dropdown in someone else's seller portal.

Refund precisely

Refund the whole order or set item price, item tax, shipping, shipping tax and promotions individually — in the order's own currency.

Split shipments

An order that leaves in three boxes shows three packages, each with its own status and tracking, and per-line statuses that follow them.

Built for a morning shift

The list is on the left, the order is on the right, and you never lose your place in it.

Status chips

One click to see only what's unshipped, only what's cancelled, or everything. Search by order id when a customer emails you about one.

Everything on one pane

Items, per-line status, packages, ship-to address and buyer contact — without expanding four accordions to find the postcode.

Kept in step

Orders are re-pulled on a schedule, so a status changed on the marketplace side shows up here too — this isn't a one-way snapshot.

An order is a signal, not just a job

Because orders live in the same platform as your pricing and stock, a sale can do more than sit in a list.

It can move your price

A new order is the freshest demand signal you get, so it can trigger an immediate repricing pass on that channel — inside your guardrails.

It can find you

New-order digests arrive in the app, and by email if you want them there — so a quiet channel waking up doesn't wait for you to check.

It leaves a trail

Every call to a marketplace is logged with its request and response, so a disputed confirmation or refund is a question with an answer.

Still wondering?

Our team replies within a few hours, Mon–Fri.

01 Which marketplaces do orders come from?
Amazon and eBay today, through their own order APIs, with the full status history rather than just "new" and "shipped". Shopify and Etsy are supported as sales channels for listings; their order pull is not part of this feature yet.
02 Does confirming a shipment here actually notify the buyer?
Yes — the confirmation goes to the marketplace, which owns the buyer notification and your on-time metrics. That's the point of doing it here rather than keeping a spreadsheet alongside.
03 Can I refund part of an order?
Yes. The refund form breaks an order down into item price, item tax, shipping, shipping tax and promotion amounts, and takes a cancelled quantity where the marketplace expects one. Fill in only what you're refunding.
04 What about orders placed before I signed up?
The pull brings in your recent order history when a channel is connected, so you're not starting from an empty list. How far back depends on what the marketplace exposes.
05 Do I still need Seller Central?
For day-to-day fulfilment, cancellations and refunds, no. Account-level things — payouts, appeals, tax settings, performance notifications — still live with the marketplace, and always will.
06 Can a team member handle orders without seeing everything else?
Yes. Access is granted per section, so a fulfilment assistant can be given orders and nothing else — no pricing rules, no billing, no marketplace credentials.
