WooCommerce® integration · Inventory sync

One price and one stock level, wherever you sell

Choose who leads. Your WooCommerce store, with its changes sent on to your other channels. Or MarketplaceHub, with price and stock sent to your store like any other channel.

WooCommerce and its associated designs are trademarks of Automattic Inc.

Who leads

One side leads, the other follows

Price and stock have one owner at a time, so two systems never overwrite each other. The Data Flow page shows who owns what.

Your store leads

Real-time stock sync
  • Within minutes. The plugin tells us when a product's price or stock changes, and we read it from your store. A daily check runs underneath, so nothing is missed.
  • Matched by SKU. Only price and stock are touched, and nothing is written back to your store.
  • Variations add up. A sale of one variation updates its product's total too.

MarketplaceHub leads

Sent to your store
  • The price you set. Your price goes to the store's regular price. A sale price you run in WooCommerce is left alone.
  • The stock you have. Stock is sent as a number, with stock management turned on for the product.
Guardrails

Your store's rules, told to you first

Some changes would do more in WooCommerce than you meant. We hold them and say why.

A sale is not ended by accident

In WooCommerce, a regular price at or below the sale price ends the sale. So such a price is held, and the product says why.

Held · Would end the running sale

One owner at a time

Turning on a second store's stock sync while another store owns price and stock is refused. Move ownership on the Data Flow page.

A blocked store is named

If your host or a security plugin blocks us, the store stays connected and you are told what to allow.

Needs you · Your store blocked MarketplaceHub

Questions about WooCommerce inventory sync

Which side leads, what happens to a sale, and how fast a change travels.

Still wondering?

Our team replies within a few hours, Mon–Fri.

How do I make my WooCommerce store the source of price and stock?

Open the store's Price & Stock Sync page and turn on Real-time stock sync. Your store then owns price and stock, and the Data Flow page says so.

What happens to a sale I run in WooCommerce?

It is left alone. We write only the regular price. If a new regular price would be at or below the sale price, WooCommerce would end the sale, so the price is held and the product says why.

How fast does a change in my store reach my other channels?

Usually within minutes. WordPress runs the plugin's tasks when someone visits your store, so a very quiet store can take a little longer. A daily check catches anything missed.

Is stock sent for products that do not track stock?

When MarketplaceHub leads, stock is sent as a number and stock management is turned on for the product, so your store counts it from then on.
