One shipment, once
The same shipment is never added twice, even when a request is sent again.
Orders from your WooCommerce store come into the same queue as your marketplace orders. Ship with tracking your buyer sees, cancel, and refund, without opening your WordPress admin.

The plugin tells us when an order changes. A regular check runs underneath, so an order is not lost when a notice is late.
A sale reduces your stock once, and a cancelled order gives it back once, the way WooCommerce itself counts it.
The first check reads the last 7 days of orders. Older orders stay in your store.
An order that is not paid yet (pending payment or failed) comes in once it is paid.
Three actions go back from the order, from the same queue you use for your other channels.
Confirm the lines you shipped, with the carrier and tracking number. The plugin keeps the shipment with the order and shows it to the buyer in their emails, in My Account, and on the order page.
When the Shipment Tracking extension is active, the tracking number is added there too.
A whole order that has not shipped can be cancelled. Your store puts its stock back. A cancellation does not move money: refund the order to return it.
When the order's payment method can refund, the money goes back through it. When it cannot, such as a bank transfer, the refund is recorded in your store and you pay the buyer back. The refund panel says which before you press.
An order action moves goods or money, so each one is checked against your store first.
The same shipment is never added twice, even when a request is sent again.
We read what your store has already refunded before every refund, and never send one above what is left.
A refund you make in WooCommerce comes in with the order, once.
What the buyer sees, what a cancellation does, and how a refund is paid.
