Etsy integration
Start from the shop you already have. Then publish new products from the same catalog, with Etsy's categories, attributes, tags and variations handled for you.
Importing is a read. Your Etsy listings stay as they are until you publish a change.
Your listings come in with images, variants, SKUs, quantities and prices. Anything with a SKU is matched to your master catalog, so an Etsy item and its Amazon or eBay twin share one stock level.
We import Etsy's seller taxonomy and the properties each category asks for, with the ones that are required and the values they accept. AI fills them from your product data.
A new Etsy listing takes the tags and materials of the listing it came from, whether that is an Etsy listing or a Shopify product. We do not write new ones for you.
Anything still missing is listed for review before you publish, rather than guessed.
The listing is created as a draft, with its title, description, Etsy category, tags and shipping profile.
Your images are uploaded to the draft.
Every variation goes in with its own SKU, price and stock.
The listing goes live. If a step fails, you see which one, and the draft is not lost.
Etsy allows two kinds of variation on a listing, such as size and colour. Each option is sent with its own price and stock. A listing Etsy could not take is held back with the reason.
Etsy takes 13 tags of up to 20 characters. A tag or material Etsy would refuse is left out, never reworded. Tags go out when a listing is created, so later changes you make on Etsy are not overwritten.
We do not delete your listings. Pausing one sets it to inactive, so it stays in your Etsy account, history included, ready to switch back on.
What comes across, what Etsy needs before a listing can go live, and what we never change.
