Shopify integration
Bring your store in once. After that, Shopify tells us when a product changes, so your catalog in MarketplaceHub follows your store without a new export.
Importing is read-only. Your store is not changed.
Each variant lands as its own product, with its SKU, price, stock and images. Only active products are imported.
Import every product, or pick collections and tags. A scan shows how many products are in scope, and how many your skip rules would drop, before you start.
A big catalog is read with Shopify's bulk export, which is faster than asking for a few products at a time.
Your Shopify product types become folders in your category tree. Shopify's own product category is kept, and AI uses it to match each product to a marketplace category.
Turn on Auto-Sync and we register product notices with Shopify, then run a first import.
When a product is created or updated, Shopify tells us. The product lands in your import workspace as an unprocessed row.
Delete a product in Shopify and we take down the marketplace listing it created, and remove its rows from the import workspace.
A notice can be missed. So we also read what changed since the last sync, twice an hour, for every store with Auto-Sync on.
Want a full pull at once? Press Sync now on the Shopify card of your dashboard.
Product notices and the catch-up apply only while Shopify owns your catalog. If you give the catalog to another owner, Shopify's product changes are ignored.
Shopify is one source among several. You can bring in CSV or URL feeds too, and join extra data onto the products Shopify brings.
What is imported, how changes arrive, and what happens when you delete a product.
