Etsy integration
Sell an item anywhere and the Etsy quantity follows. Or run it the other way: keep your stock in Etsy and let MarketplaceHub copy it to your other channels.
By default your hub holds the stock level and the price. Etsy gets them.
A sale on another channel lowers the shared stock, and the Etsy quantity is updated. A sale on Etsy lowers it on your other channels. Etsy has already counted its own.
Etsy replaces a listing's whole inventory with each update. So each update carries all of the listing's options, each with its own SKU, price and stock. No size loses its price.
Rules that follow your own sales work on Etsy, with the margin floor, the largest move, hard limits and an approval queue. Competitor rules do not run on Etsy.
If you manage stock and price in Etsy, say so. Your other channels then follow Etsy.
Turn on “Keep my other marketplaces in step with Etsy” for your shop. You can turn it off at any time.
Etsy sends no notice when stock changes, so we look. A check comes about every 10 minutes while things are changing, and less often, up to every 6 hours, when they are not.
Changed prices and quantities are matched by SKU and sent on to your other channels in batches. Only price and quantity are touched, and nothing is pushed back to Etsy.
If an option has no price anywhere, the listing is held back and the option is named. Etsy needs a price for every option.
Etsy allows two kinds of variation. A listing with more, or with two options that are the same, is held back with the reason instead of being sent wrong.
Etsy limits how many calls an app can make in a day. We pace our calls to stay inside it, and a big change in a busy shop may take a few checks to arrive.
How fast a change travels, which way it goes, and what Etsy does not allow.
