Etsy integration
Etsy orders arrive beside every other channel you sell on. You ship them from one place, and the tracking goes back to Etsy. Cancelling and refunding stay in Etsy.
An order comes in once the buyer has paid. It joins the same queue as your other channels, with its status kept in step with Etsy.
We check your shop about every 10 minutes while orders come in, and at least every hour when it is quiet.
A new Etsy order lowers the shared stock, and your other channels get the new number. Etsy has already counted its own sale.
Confirm the shipment once. We send the tracking record to Etsy.
The order shows the address and Etsy's ship-by date, when Etsy gives one. An address the buyer corrects before you ship comes through.
Enter the carrier and the tracking number. Etsy needs a tracking number to record a shipment.
One tracking record is sent for the whole order, and Etsy shows the buyer that it has shipped.
If Etsy does not accept it, the order is marked with the reason. We do not send it twice, because a second send can email the buyer again.
Etsy's API can record a shipment. It has no way to cancel an order or to refund one.
MarketplaceHub cannot cancel an Etsy order. Do it in Etsy. When you do, the order here shows as cancelled.
Etsy's API only lets us read payments, so a refund is made in Etsy. We re-check recent orders for refunds, so one can take some hours to show here.
Which orders arrive, how fast, and what you do in Etsy instead.
